NEXUS 10 PRECINCT REDEVELOPMENT: MODULE 2 PROPOSALS PRESENTATION

The NXP02 students presented and discussed their final concept proposals including a pedestrian ramp and bridge connecting the Bonython Hall and the Law School with the Nexus Tower building, and a new Café on Pulteney St. with a green roof garden.

JURLIQUE’S HQ OPEN SPACES: PROTOTYPE SITE SURVEY

A group of the UEL travelled to Mt Barker Jurlique’s Head Quarters to survey the areas selected for the construction of a prototype, which involves the realization of an integrated rain water management system including a green façade, a permeable parking and a rain water garden.

In the framework of the Nexus 10 Precinct Redevelopment project the students presented and discussed their concept proposals to Prof. Christopher Findlay, Executive Dean of the Faculty of the Professions, and to Harald Baulis, UofA Manager Space Planning.

NEXUS 10 PRECINCT REDEVELOPMENT: MODULE 1 MID TERM PRESENTATION

The NXP01 students of the UEL present and discuss the masterplan for the Nexus 10 building area developed during Module 1 phase to the jury panel composed also by Beth Glenn (Senior Space Planner, Space Planning Infrastructure, UofA) and Carina Green (Senior Landscape Architect, AILA).
